2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
✔ The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, tags, and manuals).
✔ A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

Note: Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification will not be eligible for return.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization & Instructions – Once we receive your request, we will provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship – Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Processing – Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund based on your original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card Payments – Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
PayPal or Other Payment Methods – Refunds will be processed through the respective platform and may take 3-7 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.

For exchanges, we will send the replacement after receiving the returned item.
